Wheel Service

Just like with your vehicle, there are many options for servicing your wheels. But only HRE adheres to strict refinishing and powder coating processes designed to keep your wheels looking like-new and safe for years to come.

• Refinishing your wheels outside of HRE will VOID YOUR WARRANTY. Please contact HRE before moving forward with your refinishing needs.
• Matching a finish color is unlikley outside of HRE finishes. If you need 3 or less wheels refinished, your wheels may not match any longer.
• During the stripping process, many wheel service locations will damage and weaken your wheels by using extreme bead blast techniques. HRE uses a mild chemical
• stripping process that maintains the strength properties of the forged aluminum.
• Many wheel service facilities will over-bake wheels during the powder coat process. This can damage and weaken your wheels to the point of failure.

2. Order Processing

• Once your repair inquiry is processed, you will be issued a return authorization number (RGA number) within 24 hours via the email supplied on the form.

3. RGA Number

• After you receive this RGA number, please send in your wheel(s) for service.
• Package your wheel(s) securely to prevent further damage during shipping.
  • Remove the tires off of the wheels before shipping

• A fee of $50 will be assessed to dismount and re-mount/balance if wheels received have tires mounted.
  • Please remove all wheel center caps, wheel sensors, and lug hardware before sending.
• Clearly mark your RGA number on the outside of all packages. The RGA number can be included in the shipping label as a reference number or clearly written on the outside of each package.

You will receive an order confirmation from HRE within 24 hours of the date they arrive at our facility. This will be emailed to the email address supplied on the repair order form. Also attached will be a credit card authorization form for final payment.

• *Orders with tires mounted will receive an order confirmation within 48 hours of arriving at HRE due to the extra time needed to dismount tires before inspections can be done.

1. Sign the Order Confirmation and Credit Card Authorization forms, and submit by email or fax.
2. Once HRE has received a signed copy of both the Order Confirmation and Credit Card Authorization forms, your order will be placed in production to have the necessary and requested work completed.
3. HRE will conduct a complete structural and cosmetic inspection of the condition and integrity of each wheel as they were received.
4. HRE will not charge any payment on your repair/service order until it has been completed and is ready to ship. For repair orders over $1000, there is a 50% deposit
5. Currently quoting 3 – 4 weeks for refinishing and repairs. HRE is committed to ensuring each order is completed in a timely manner and to the highest quality possible. There can be unforeseen manufacturing delays and supply deficiencies due to available parts for older wheels.
6. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information on your shipment.
